  • 50% discount on vending opportunities at Imagine Me events

  • Eligibility for swag bag placement or promotional product displays

3. Partner Training Access

  • Up to 50% off select training courses for your team, based on your membership level

  • Option to bundle vocational training with your partnership to empower your staff or community


Event Collaboration Opportunities:

As a partner, you may choose from the following customized collaboration levels based on your needs:

A. Book Dr. Arthlene to Speak

  • Speaking engagement rates: $1,000 – $5,000
    (Free or discounted based on partnership level)

  • Event type: Keynote, workshop, panel, sermon, or empowerment session

  • Travel, lodging, and meals must be covered by the hosting party

B. Event Planning & Hosting by Imagine Me

  • Full event creation and hosting by Dr. Arthlene

    • Starting at $5,000 for local single-speaker events (Dr. Arthlene only)

    • $5,000+ for larger events that include additional speakers, stylists, or designers

    • $500–$1,000 per additional professional (designer, speaker, stylist, etc.)

    • Includes fashion shows, women’s retreats, book signings, and themed summits

  • Travel, lodging, and venue expenses are separate and must be provided

C. Event Co-Creation & Profit Sharing

  • Collaborative event option (50/50 profit share model)

  • Both parties contribute resources, and profit is split after agreed costs

  • Written agreement and planning consultation required


Philanthropic Partnership

As a mission-aligned partner, 10% of all ticketed event proceeds from co-created or hosted events will be contributed to Restore to Empower or the Imagine Me Vocational Academy to support scholarships, supplies, and global outreach.
